Parentally Guided
My parents came over as part of there tour de Relatives, and basically to see what the hell I get up to on the otherside of the world (I didn't fancy telling them non-stop partying, drinking, traveling and sleep deprivation). So I showed them around Galway, Dublin, accompanied them to London and even forced my hand and took them to Porto!
Enjoying a pint of the 'black stuff' with dad.
Me ma post downing a pint! She looks so happy!
Ireland, living up to it's standards of shit house weather. These are the cliffs of Moher... which my parents didn't even get to see! This was the worst day of fog in Ireland so far!
Mum re-inacting the day's of her starvation, I think they were called the 60's.
The rain followed us to Porto, and my Mum turned into the now famous plastic bag head
Mum loves the Markets, she wanted to buy everything and eat it
What has now become my favourite Porto place to eat (Guarany's), the steak is SUPERB!!!
Back to London, and my Uncle is cooking up a storm!
I love my grand dad, he's the coolest guy in the world.
The morning I left London to go back to Ireland the experienced a freak MASSIVE snow storm. Getting out of london was a nightmare, people even got so bored they built snowmen on the platforms (pictured above). The airport was out of control. My flight was cancelled. I somehow luckily spoke to this guy next to me (after a women feinted in the line and I helped her out... you know because I pretty much am morally obliged). And this guy managed to get the last 2 seats on the night flight and gave one to me! So I sat in the airport for a record 14 hours, read the entire black dahlia, but hey I got home.
